Nick Likens

Managing Partner

Nick graduated from Ball State University with a degree in finance and joined an asset-based trucking company, where he worked his way up from the ground floor, sitting in every seat before moving into leadership and helping double the size of the business.

 

He then went on to found and scale a group of transportation companies to a nearly $100M exit in just four years. Following the exit, Nick served as President of a $400M PE-backed transportation platform, leading multi-site operations, acquisitions, and executive leadership across the organization.

 

At Crosstown Capital Partners, Nick leads deal sourcing, structuring, capital formation, and portfolio strategy. His path from the ground floor to the boardroom shapes Crosstown's hands-on approach to partnering with business owners in the lower middle market.

Rob Likens

Partner

Rob Likens brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across the trucking and logistics industry, with a background spanning operational leadership, business development, and strategic growth. Throughout his career, he has led transportation and logistics organizations through expansion, restructuring, and diversification initiatives that improved operational performance and long-term profitability.

 

As CEO of Hoosier Logistics, Rob led the company through significant growth and operational expansion, implementing strategies that strengthened the business and positioned it for long-term scalability. He also held executive leadership roles at Midwest Transportation Solutions, Hoosier Air Transport, and Central Marketing Transport, where he oversaw operational improvements and business development initiatives across multiple transportation platforms.

 

At Crosstown Capital Partners, Rob supports operational strategy and portfolio execution, bringing decades of hands-on leadership experience across transportation and logistics businesses.

Rob Pulliam

Chief Financial Officer

Robert Pulliam brings more than 25 years of experience across accounting, finance, and transaction advisory, with a background spanning corporate finance, M&A due diligence, SEC reporting, internal audit, and portfolio analysis. Throughout his career, he has advised middle-market businesses and supported complex financial and operational initiatives across a range of industries.

Prior to joining Crosstown Capital Partners, Robert founded Opinicus Consulting, where he provided financial advisory services to middle-market companies. He also held leadership roles at Meritor and Champion Enterprises, in addition to working with Fortune 500 companies and Big 4 accounting firms, gaining extensive experience in corporate development, financial reporting, and transaction execution.

At Crosstown Capital Partners, Robert serves as CFO and Partner, overseeing financial strategy, investment analysis, and portfolio performance across the firm and its investments. His background in finance, operational analysis, and transaction advisory supports Crosstown’s disciplined approach to evaluating and growing businesses over the long term.

Scott Andrews

General Counsel

Scott brings more than two decades of legal experience spanning corporate law, governance, litigation, mergers & acquisitions, municipal representation, and public service to Crosstown Capital Partners.  Scott obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University in 1997, and his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2000.

 

Over the course of his career, Scott has served as a Deputy Prosecutor in Bartholomew County, Associate Attorney at Indianapolis law firm Rubin & Levin, PC, Partner at Coriden, Coriden, Andrews & Glover, LLC, and founder of Andrews Law Office, LLC until joining the team as General Counsel with Crosstown.

 

Scott has a passion for community service and involvement and has served on numerous community nonprofit boards, including the Columbus Parks and Recreation Department, Family Service, Inc., the Columbus Parks Foundation, and the Foundation for Youth.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Lakeview Ministries, Inc. and the Columbus Fireman’s Cheer Fund.

Bryan Garnsey

Director of Operations

Bryan is a quality and operations leader with 18+ years of experience building and scaling quality management systems across aerospace and manufacturing industries. As Quality Director at Kingspan Insulated Panels, he established ISO-certified QMS frameworks across 7 North American plants while driving warranty costs down from 2.4% to 1.0% of sales and supporting company growth from $200M to $600M in revenue.

 

At Honeywell International, he led global quality transformations affecting 80+ sites, achieving 40-60% improvements in corrective action metrics and successfully orchestrated complex manufacturing relocations including a major facility transition to Malaysia.

 

He combines Six Sigma expertise with hands-on experience in contract management, supplier quality, and cross-functional leadership, consistently delivering measurable operational improvements. His early engineering background in civil infrastructure projects provides a strong technical foundation for his quality-focused career. He holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Penn State and a BS in Civil Engineering from Michigan State.

Ian Donnell

Senior Associate

Ian supports strategic sourcing and platform development for Crosstown Capital Partners, where he focuses on building relationships with founders and identifying strong, operator-led businesses across the construction, infrastructure, and industrial services sectors.

 

With a background rooted in business operations and organizational growth, Ian brings a practical understanding of how companies in these sectors create value — from team structure and process development to financial management and strategic scaling. His approach combines operational insight with an appreciation for the people who make these businesses succeed.

 

At Crosstown, Ian works closely with owners to explore growth partnerships, bolt-on acquisitions, and transition opportunities that preserve what makes each business unique. He believes the best investments start with trust, shared values, and a clear plan for helping good operators continue to grow.

Jake Likens

Senior Associate

Jake Likens graduated from Indiana University with a background in business administration and accounting before joining the family’s transportation business. During his time at Hoosier Logistics, he played a key role in back-office operations and financial management, helping build the operational and financial infrastructure that supported the company’s growth and eventual nearly $100M exit.

 

His experience spans financial analysis, operational strategy, and process optimization, with a focus on supporting disciplined decision-making and scalable growth initiatives. Through hands-on involvement in business operations, Jake developed a strong foundation in evaluating performance, improving processes, and supporting long-term operational execution.

At Crosstown Capital Partners, Jake serves as Senior Associate, supporting investment evaluation, financial analysis, and operational strategy across the firm and its portfolio companies. He also oversees Crosstown’s development platform and new construction thesis, bringing operational discipline and financial rigor to the firm’s expanding portfolio.

Nicole Doti

Sr. Manager, Marketing & Operations

Nicole built her career inside founder-led businesses where growth required both operational structure and strong marketing execution. She began in the healthcare industry, spending seven years with a startup organization supporting recruiting, marketing, and internal systems development during periods of rapid growth; building structure where none existed.

 

She later worked across property management, construction, and staffing organizations, partnering with leadership teams to develop marketing strategies, implement scalable systems, and establish consistent processes that supported growth across multiple industries.

 

At Crosstown Capital Partners, Nicole leads marketing, brand development, and execution support across the firm and its portfolio companies. She supports execution across Crosstown and its portfolio companies by strengthening brand presence, building scalable infrastructure, and ensuring that strategy translates into clear, consistent execution across platforms.
